Ok....Now that I am having regular cycles again....I am a MESS for 1-2 wks each month. What can I take to help? I remember reading EPO and magnesium help. I already take a nightly calcium/magnesium supplement because I find it help my fibromyalgia...and Im not so achy and stiff in the morning.

Traditional Medicinals Womens Liberty in conjunction with their PMS teas really help with a lot of things. Natural progesterone cream is another useful tool in helping with these issues. HTH

The book "Fertility, Cycles and Nutrition" by Marilyn Shannon has a lot of good info.
