Ok, I have been reading about eczema trying to decide what to do next to try to overcome ds2's eczema. I have read that flax oil or fish oil would be a good supplement that might help him. So while I was at the health food store today I picked up some flax oil. I wasn't sure about the mercury content that might be in the fish oil and it was more expensive, so I went for the flax.

Anyway, how much would a 38 lb almost 3-year old boy need?

How do I give it to him?

And how much would an adult need to take? I really don't think it would hurt me to supplement my diet as well...

Ok, that's pretty much what I was guessing but I wanted to have a better idea.
Thanks!

Ian gets flax daily as well. The two most common methods of delivery here are in a bowl of applesauce or stirred into something like spaghetti or oatmeal once it (the food) has cooled a bit. :yum Flax oil should not be heated.
