Grapeseed oil or extract?

I just got some grapeseed oil at the health food store, after remembering something about grapeseed somewhere on this site :shrug...but I think it was actually grapeseed extract :doh, and now I can't find what it is for? Since I bought the oil...anyone know of what I could use it for?

It was probably grapefruit seed extract. I use grapefruit seed extract for lots of antimicrobial things. Grape seed oil is something you take for immune support. Others on here can probably give you more info about it.

yeah I agree...you are probably thinking about grapeFRUIT seed extract...grape seed is also good but not near the same thing...hehe

just depends what you are looking for....hehe..you might google the grapeseed extract/oil and see if you could still use it .....and then get the GSE on top of that...
