dd has indigestion?

My 22yr old dd has had indigestions and gas for the past two days and I can't figure out what allergy she may have or if that is even what it is. She has soy milk in her cereal. The only dairy is the occassional mac/cheese ( iknow, I know but some does i need quick and easy :). Could it be soy?
We also have a soy with fruit smoothie. I was also wondering if it could be too much sugar from fruit. dd doesn't eat anything else with sugar.

I really am not sure what it is, but I do know that many people who can't tolerate dairy, also can't tolerate soy. You might want to remove soy and try rice or almond milk. Sorry she is feeling yucky. :hug

you might try giving her some acidophilus and see if that doesnt' help.
