Pattern sizing ?

well my gues from scanning the pattern is quite small as the sleev only appears to be 3 inches long,the hood is only 5-6 inches deep.
It doesnt give sizes so maybe this would just be a suck it and see type of project.100grms of worsted weight is not a great deal of yarn for a hooded sweater.I would also not use the ribbon ties

Thanks, I wanted it for when our baby is about six months ... so this will probably be way to small.
