I've heard EPO is good for eczema, so I got some for Samantha. So . . . now what do I do with it? :O Do I break the capsules open and put it on her skin? In her bath? Take the capsules myself so that she gets it through my bm? All of the above? As you can tell, I'm clueless! Heeeelp!! :scratch :doh

:popcorn Okay, please expand on EPO. I've never heard of it...and oh my gracious how I need something for eczema for DD 21 mos old! We've got a bad, bad case on the back of her left thigh. It gets absolutely outrageous sometimes!

Topically EPO works great. so does tea tree oil. The other thing I did for my sis after her cast came off was Mix olive oil with oatmeal and warm it. I made a past out of it and put it on her foot. Worked great and the warmth feels good on dry itchy skin.

Superimmunity for Kids book says to break two capsules and spread them on dc's skin before bedtime. HTH!
