I had to take J to the doc. yesterday. . .he has strep. Well, he woke up this AM, saying that his hands hurt. They are a little red (you can barely tell), and he says that they hurt. As far as I can tell, they don't really hurt, but are very, very sensitive. . he can touch the dog, but he cannot touch a plate (it's just the palms). This is weird. . . .any ideas? He hasn't really been acting sick. . . . he was yesterday and the day before, but ran only a very slight fever.

I know that when I am coming down with/fighting something, my skin hurts. Kind of a prickly, achy feeling. It's hard to describe....maybe that's what he is feeling?
