What nutritional boosters do you put in your smoothies?

What are some good "bases" for smoothies?

We :heart all kinds but I usually just use the same stuff and I'm ready for a change! :yes I'd also like to start reducing our dairy intake. Soy yogurt would probably be okay, right?

If you'd like to share some recipes, that'd be fine, too! :O

Soy yogurt is a really good base, as is whole fruit sorbet :)

We usually put one banana and some frozen fruit. I really like mango. Then we cover with water and occasionally rice or soy milk.

We have a magic bullet, so I make one serving at a time.

Things I add are ground flax seed, flax oil, hemp protein powder or vita mineral greens.
