Smocking???

Anyone know how to smock? I've always wanted to learn, but I can't find any online guides to help me. I tried it with a pattern and those iron-on dots a couple times, but it was so frustrating and I could never get it to work out right. :hissyfit Well, it's been a few years and I'm ready to give it another try. Can anyone help me with any information or websites??? (I searched for an hour, but came up with nothing :shrug)

Smocking with a pleater is the only way to go.

You can buy pieces already pleated up and ready to go, both online and at smocking stores. It makes it so much easier.
