Baby under my arm?

I don't know how or why, but DS always seems to end up with his face under my arm at night (ewww!), but he seems quite happy. :shrug Is this normal?

I keep worrying that his little nose is going to end up plastered to my underarm and he's going to smother. He does love to sleep on his face up against my chest in the sling. Is it just the way he sleeps?

ds has always been an armpit baby- yucky but safe and cuddly

Yes- totally normal. :grin We alternated between that and dd actually sleeping with her head *on* my arm... a position that she HATES now, she fusses and says "Elbow! Elbow!" :giggle But she liked it as a baby.

My dd also loves the "arm under the head" sleeping arrangment, as opposed to the armpit pillow :giggle hehe, yeah that drives me nuts too...
