I am in the market for a food dehydrator to help with my raw meals. Does anyone have any preferences or recommendations for me as far as a brand goes?

I got mine for free, so I'm not picky. It's the American Harvest with a thermostat.

But, if I had to pay for one I would buy excalibur because you can remove the trays and put stuff in there like a glass pan with lasagna in it. I can't do that with mine. The trays have to stack, so you don't get much room.
