We live overseas and I don't have access to alfalfa seeds or the other nice seeds I used to sprout in the US, but we do have plenty of lentils, beans, brown rice, grains of wheat, etc. Does anyone have experience in sprouting these kinds of things? I would love to start doing that and add nutritional yummies to our diet!

I have no idea how I missed this post! I'm so, so sorry.

I love to sprout.

My favorite sprouting site! I got my sprouter from them and I use their seeds. I use the Easy Sprouter. You can sprout all kinds of beans and seeds. In fact, I often sprout my beans that I'm going to cook for burritos.

Cool! Been wanting to try sprouting. I even bought a sprouter and some seeds before we moved. They're in a box around here somewhere....
