Any one else lurk in the large family forum?

I'm here with my one little bundle of fun dreaming of a really big family!

In my two bedroom 878 square foot home!

Are there more of us out there? Moms of only children, dreaming of many, many children?

I lurk! I am expecting #3 in a month, and we're not sure if we are *done* yet. Gotta say, the "you must have your hands full" thread is really hitting close to home! Especially after travelling with my almost 3.5 year old, just turned one year old and being so visibly pregnant. Got a LOT of funny looks at the airport.

Another weirdo here! I hoped for twins last time and got a little excited when the dr. told me I was measuring bigger than I was supposed to be. I still would like twins!

Me too! DH and I are in *discussions* about this at the moment!

Especially after travelling with my almost 3.5 year old, just turned one year old and being so visibly pregnant. Got a LOT of funny looks at the airport.

We live overseas and travel around Asia a lot. We get some crazy looks...ds1 is five and ds 2 is three and dd is 13 months. We're pros at this now though. DD has been in four countries but never lived in the US. I was a walking sling advertisement in July when we traveled around. I thought about printing out cards telling people where my sling came from (I made it from directions from Jan Andrea's website) because everyone was asking me about it...flight hostesses, people at the desk at hotels, Americans, Europeans, Asians. It was fun!

I have a close friend who is 44, and her youngest (of 7) just turned a year old. At 32, I feel like a young pup just getting started. ;)

I lurk, too. But I read all your replies, and I feel different. We have 3, ages 4, 2, and 7 months. I really would like to have four or more, honestly, but I don't feel like I could/should try to "handle it". I feel disappointed in myself, but it still feels overwhelming to have a baby and try to meet the needs of my older two. So I dream of feeling more together as our dd gets older, and I love reading the posts in the large family forum to try to see if it sounds like I could do it. Mind you, we aren't doing anything permanent birth-control wise - so it's still a very real possibility. Hm. :/
