Thai Kitchen Pad Thai is Vegan and quick and gluten-free

This stuff is awesome. It says two servings, but I added a whole box of tofu and almost a whole bag of frozen peas! It's yummy, yummy, yummy and there was plenty of sauce for the extras I added. I did need to add some extra water.

The one I got was the original Pad Thai and it was at Fred Meyer in the asian section.

:tu This is a big favorite at our house, and it's quick too! I like to add tofu and stir fry veggies, and there's usually enough for 3 or 4 ppl. mmmmm :bft

Oh cool! I'm gonna check our Fry's. I have eaten their instant soup bowls and they are yummy :tu $.99 at Trader Joe's. I'd love to try the meal kit :)
