I'm cookin up ds;s cake for tomorrow. i had to make an egg sub for it, which left it too watery, i think that's why it's sinking in the middle? next time ill know better if that's why
I also tried it, and it's pretty decent!

yeah sometimes I have had to reduce the water or milk sub a bit to make it all even, but sometimes it jsut hard to tell, then yeah, you use a lot of frosting :giggle

unfortuanately i couldnt get the ingredients for icing in time, so he just had a sunken cake. he didnt care, lol!
