Anyone know of a good, g/f pastry recipe that doesn't include bean flours?
I have some zucchini to use up and a couple recipes for pies that sound tempting.
I made cheesy zucchini patties tonight.. and used regular flour without thinking about it :doh. I bet they'd be pretty tasty with rice flour, too.
