Need recipe quick!!

I have bought some pork chops and need to cook them today, I was going to spend time hunting for a good new recipie but time has gotten away from me and now I need to do something with them. I wanted to put them in the crock pot if possible. Does anyone have good crock pot pork recipie?? My hubby is kinda picky so nothing too wild but most things he will try. Any idea???

The way my mom always made them growing up was to put them in a pan with soy sauce, water, garlic and salt and pepper. I can't remember if it was 1/2 cup of soy sauce to 1 cup of water? something like that. Anyways, then you just cook them covered on low until they are cooked through and have soaked up all the liquid.
