Whatdya think? Would YOU buy something like this? A hobby that NEEDS to turn into a home business -- at least by end of August. . .

No, actually, I haven't. I used to make jewelry basically on consignment, by request. I was going to try and sell on e-bay, but I really don't think it will work until I can make better pictures. In the second one, you can't really tell it's crystal, and can't see it sparkle, and in the first one, you can't even tell it's cloisonne. A lot of the times, it's the materials that sell the piece, and I can't seem to be able to get good enough pics with my dinky camera.

i would definitely try to sell them on ebay and at craft shows. we do craft shows here, we're actually getting ready to start an ebay store and a permanent booth at a local craft mall.

i think theyre gorgeous. i dont wear jewelry (besides my ring) but i know a lot of people who would buy those! i cant decide which on ei like better! i like them both!!

Very pretty! Do you work with Sterling Silver? I can't tolerate nickel at all.

Yep. I use gold-filled, sometimes 14k gold, ss, or brass. I'll post a pic. of a ss one (as soon as I can talk dh into taking my pics for me -- he's the professional!). I do appreciate all honest feedback. I am one of those "pleasers" and thrive on encouragement. :mrgreen

My stepmom make custom jewelry so I understand all that goes into it. As far as selling on Ebay, I would do buy it nows with your minimum price covering your expenses. My mom tried the auction way and it didn't go over so well. She does it now for consignment with a local jewelry store and gift shops in her area. I love the cloisonne one, I have several bracelets (bangles) that I received from my auntie right before she passed away several years ago, that I will always treasure.
