Guacomole ideas?

I have some wonderful, fresh guacomole, but I'm not sure what to do with it! My mind is drawing a blank! I normally have it in soups or on tortilla chips. What else is good? I was thinking about something like Quizno's turkey-bacon-guacomole sub, but I really don't want meat...

Do you have cheese? Make some cheese subs with jack or cheddar and lots of veggies. Or maybe some bean burritos. I like to make my version of the 7 layer burrito at Taco Bell. Beans, mexican rice, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream and guacamole! Yummy!
