They claim that you can keep this on your shelf like any other cake mix (http://www.topsecretrecipes.com/recipes/duncanhi.htm). :think The neat thing, to me, is that you can substitute for whatever you don't like in it with GF or DF or what have you.

I have the GF Triple Duty Muffin Mix recipe--we keep it in a big cannister and it takes 1 cup of it to make a cake--very easy :tu I'll have to get it out later and post. So much cheaper! A pre-packaged bag is about $4 :eek

Crystal - I would love to see that recipe. I have a new friend whose ds is on a GF diet. She says she's too overwhelmed to really make/bake stuff and I would love to make a mix that I can give her to use at any time.
