chicken enchiladas

does anybody have a good chicken enchilada recipe to share?

I would love to make my own sause, but right now I just use the Lawry's packet and mix it with tomato paste.

i mix canned chicken, a can of black beans, some cheese and a little of the prepared sauce in a bow. I spoon it into warmed up (or elae they breal) tortillas. Put them in the baking dish and cover with the remaining sauce. bake for about half an hour. then throw more cheese on top.

All my kids eat it. :)
