Pretzels

I'm looking for a recipe for Pretzels. Anyone make their own?

I have made my own befor. I think the recipe was from my bread maker cookbook. let me check and I'll be back.

Found it!
6.5-7 oz. water
2 c bread flour(I imagine you could try ww)
1.5 t active dry yeast
1/4 t salt
1/2 sugar

Those are the ingredients. the recipe is for the bread maker though so it only goes up through the dough setting. So, make all those ingredients into dough :giggle Then heat the oven to 450'. Divide dough into 12 pieces. Roll into 8-inch rope. Twist into pretxel shape or leave in stick form. Place on greased cookie sheet. You can brush tops with beated egg ans sprinkle with coarse salt. bake 12 -15 minutes.
