Help... quick! EnerG egg replacer amounts?

I'm an idiot! :doh

I transferred it to a plastic container for easy access, and intended to cut the directions of the box and tape them on there.. but the box has disappeared. :shifty I suspect Mrs. Nobody accidentally threw it away while cleaning up the kitchen last night. :O
