I always thought that was such a strange and sad thing to say to children.

Here is our rendition...

This little piggy went to the market
This little piggy went, too.
This little piggy ate some veggies.
This little piggy at some fruit.
And this little piggy went..then we giggle and laugh a whole bunch while we tickle.

My mom used to make a big crying thing..I thought that was so sad. Poor piggies.
