Home made fish sticks???

Any one have a good recipe?

I do something similar to bake chicken. Either make a seasoned flour or crush up bread or cracker crumbs, dip fish (usually use a firm white fish like cod or halibut) in milk or beaten egg, roll in flour or crumbs, & bake in greased pan in oven. Works well w/whole fish pieces, nuggets or sticks.
