Dairy-Free and Soy-Free Ice "cream" Recipe

Oh. My. Word. This was soooooooo good. It was so good that it's good enough to serve to guests. YKIM.

It's pina colada sorbet (http://www.cooking.com/recipes/static/recipe4925.htm). We didn't put in the rum 'cause we don't do alcohol, and I added a pinch of salt. I haven't had ice cream in 6 months, and DS hasn't really ever had it. We usually make homemade ice cream all summer, and I had to try SOMETHING.

This was good enough for company without any apologies. :yum

Oh, and I added a pinch of salt and about 3/4 cup of chopped bing cherries (fresh). :yum
