chocolate drink mix?

I would like to know how to make a powdered chocolate drink mix. no powdered sugar allowed

Here's what I have for a hot chocolate mix:

1/4 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/3 cups powdered milk
dash of salt
Mix well, and store in an airtight container. To use, put 3-4 teaspoons of mix in a cup of hot water. Stir well. You could probably do it cold, but I've never tried. I have also tried this w/ soy milk powder and it was OK. Or you could use just the cocoa and sugar and mix it into milk.

think maybe just cocao and sugar would work to add to liquid milk? we can't use cow milk either
