These are from Mornign star farms and they are naughty. The are Ovo-lacto.
I served them on a big bun with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, relish and avocado. They didn't taste like chicken ....they tasted like a fish burger I used to eat when we were first married.
It brought back happy memories. We use to row a boat across the harbor and eat at the deli and they made these awesome fish burgers.
