i talked to her about what the doctor said about the need for more naps. she asked what the doctor's advice was (read CIO book) and i told her. She said, "that sounds like it would just make her afriad of sleeping." then we did some trouble shooting about getting her to nap... she has been able to get her to nap by taking outside to watch the cars and swinging her in her arms.
so tomorrow we are trying a 11:00 nursing nap and a 2:00 car nap.
maybe we can be a crying free nap zone.
