View Full Version : "chunky" granola?

I have a great recipe for granola in my Sue Gregg cookbooks that we all love, but I'd like it to come out more "chunky" so it could be eaten out of hand for snacks, not just in a bowl with milk.

Do I just need to add more liquid and cook longer?

Does the recipe have you bake the granola in the oven on a cookie sheet and stir every so often? If so you may want to just not stir it and that should make it more chunky.

I'll give it a try this weekend with a little more liquid and no stirring...I'll post my results.
