View Full Version : My living room mini-makeover

I decided to dust off the sewing machine last night and make some new curtains for my living room windows. I also made some cushion covers and put a new cover on my lounge. I think it makes a big difference.

I actually bought the fabric a few months ago, when a fabric store near me was having a half-price sale, and it's been sitting wrapped up in my closet since then. When I pulled it out last night, to my horror, I decided I didn't like it anymore. But I made myself do the sewing and see, and now that I have I really like the result. Thanks for looking everyone! :heart

So bright and springy!! You could save the other ones for Fall and Winter and use these lighter ones in the summer and spring! I :heart it!
