allergen free beverage?

i am dealing with both reflux in baby and eczema in me. i need to eliminate wheat, dairy, soy and citrus. do any of you know of a meal replacement shake or nutritional shake that is free of all that? and where i would get it?

I have found a rice protein shake at Whole Foods. You can then make it with rice or almond milk.

do you know what its called? we don't have a whole foods here and i won't have access to one until june when i go back to the 'real world'.
