im not understanding where to obtain the freebie. Im in the boutique section of the website, and I see the word freebie under a 50% off notice, yet I dont get where to see or click or anything.

I dont know anything about digital scrapbooking, so this would be a nice start.

Cherish - go to the boutique, then on the right sidebar under best sellers click on "celebrate tranquility freebie", add to cart, then register, etc. then you download it.

thanks for the directions! Afdter I download, is this soemthing I can manipulate and add pictures to, or is it something I have to print out to use?

It's meant for "digital scrapbooking", so if you have a graphics program like Photoshop Elements (which you can download a trial version for free) or Paintshop pro or similar you can open the files in those programs and create a page on your computer- either save it there or print it out to enjoy! :)

But if you wanted to print it out and do regular scrapbooking with it I assume you could do that also. :)
