Yea I did it! I was getting sick of the piles of toys in ur living room. It was making me stressed and causeing me to loose patience with my DD. I feel soo much more relaxed now. Its still WAY more cluttered than I like things but now its just out of necessity (small space) so I can except it. Plus now I don't have to fear someone comming to the front door :blush.
Here is our living new living room space. Their are a few toys in her play pen but most everything is upstairs. Yes that entire back wall is a mirror :rolleyes I HATE IT!!!!

Our new rule that so far shes doing very well with is she may bring one toy down stairs to play with but it must be broght back into her room before another one is brought down. I aslo put the lids on the boxes at night (they are VERY self locking I have trouble opening them :lol) To keep her from playing all night. Its working very well so far! :mrgreen

Hey, where did you get those blue containers? I've been looking for some of them but all our Walmart had last month was ugly pastel colored containers!

Doesn't it feel good to get organized/decluttered?

I've been working on our living room/boys' room/spare room, but the toys are in cardboard boxes and they somehow jump out and get all over the spare room......hard-to-open containers might be just my ticket. :P

Feels great :mrgreen we boght the containers from target, about $2.50 each for the smaller clear plasic and around $5 for the big tubs.

Looks great! It's good to reclaim your space, isn't it? I recently moved Ben and Sam into one room, and now we have a playroom, whch means there are minimal toys in the living room now. :)
