Not quite sure whats wrong.

I don't know if I should make a dr's appt or not. For the past couple weeks I've been getting really bad headaches every evening at the same time. I wake up feeling dizzy and groggy each morning, almost like I'm hung over except I haven't been drinking lol. I have really bad joint pain and am starting to have trouble remembering words when I'm trying to communicate. I hate to make an appt because we don't have insrance and its all out of pocket, especially if its all for nothing, kwim?

What would you do? And are there any websites where you can search symptoms to see what could be wrong?
