WAHHHH!!! ink??? HELP!

I just finished a load of laundry and a ton of the stuff has stains that I'm pretty sure is ink! i didn't check anything before i put them in the drier so they've already been dried, what can i do to get them out? is it hopeless? some of this stuff is almost brand new!! :hissyfit

I know I have sprayed hairspray on an ink stain before and scrubbed with a toothbrush, rinsed and repeated :mrgreen But I don't know if that will work since it's been dried :think
