FIAR question

How much of FIAR involves food? I am thinking of using it, but with our food allergies, a lot of the recipes in books like this are just not a possibility. I just wonder how many of the activities we will have to leave out. Thanks!

Honestly, not many at all! Just skip the FIAR cookbook! :)

Yep, what Micah said. The cookbook is just a fun add-on, not something you have to do. FWIW, my dd also has bad food allergies (wheat, dairy, peanuts, milk) and we bought the cookbook to get ideas and then we just adapt the recipes as necessary. There are some recipes we haven't been able to adapt, but we've had a lot of fun with the ones that have worked.
