I just got a Jack LaLane Juicer and I am enjoying getting my five a day in but sometimes I feel as if some of the veggies I am juicing I could just eat raw. IF anyone juice what are your favorite things to juice. So far I have found kale and brocolli to be a waste because much of it ends up in the pulp. I know the JLL is not top of the line so that may be the issue but for those that juice could you share some good recipes.

Our favourite here is carrot and apple juice.

I wouldnt think broccoli would be that great in any juicer, but I've never tried it. We juice a lot of leafy greens, grapes, apples, carrots, celery, fennel, cucumbers, garlic, parsley. Can't think of anything else right now. Anything that has a high water content and doesn't have a really strong taste. We only use a tiny bit of garlic and parsley of course. Did your juicer come with an instruction book? That might help. I would have to find mine.
