muffins

I am looking for a new blueberry & strawberry muffin recipe. Does anyone have one? I have been buying the packaged stuff at the store but I know it is not the best. Thanks

I have a blueberry recipe. I will find it and post laet tonight! I love muffins :heart

Blueberry muffins
1 3/4 flour. I use ww
1/2 cup sugar(sometimes I halve or substitute honey)
2 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 cup blueberries
3/4 c milk
1 egg
1/2 c butter melted

In bowl, mix flour sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in blueberries. Add milk egg and butter. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Spoon into muffin cups and bake at 400' for 25 minutes.

Not the healthiest recipe... :)

HI, Just added a sugar-free recipe for Blueberry muffins to the Deserts threads. Very yummy and healthy! (Might have put it in the wrong thread - oops!) :giggle
