Dh's blood pressure is through the roof. He's on medication and the doctor suggested he modify his diet. Does anyone know of a real good no salt cookbook?

I never do, either. :) It's to the point where food that naturally has sodium needs to be limited.

(I guess "no sodium" would be better. He showed me a list he found online of high sodium foods. It's huge. :eek My cooking is going to be drastically altered. Our choices are practically halved. I looked at the list and thought what in the world can I cook.)
