Tonight I made tacos with Boca crumbles, and my dd (who never will eat meat) scarfed it up, and my very anti-fake-meat husband even ate it and suggested that I use it in lasagna :wow Of course, he suggested that I mix it with meat, lol, but its a start!
Anyways, I was just excited and wanted to share with people who I knew wouldn't think I was crazy (at least not because of this :lol ).
