Help-sinus-allergies

Warm day # 2 around here and I have only been outside for maybe 10 minutes. My sinus' are already screaming and I've got one large headache on the way. I am nursing, don't want to mess with my milk. What can I do short of putting an astronauts bubble mask on my head? Or do I give up and start popping tylenol now?

Nutribiotics makes a grapefruit seed extract nasal spray that might be beneficial. you could also try taking it and some bee pollin. Also my step mom cleans out her sinus' with a netti pot...says it helps wonders.
