Casein is the culprit....

Well, we had my son's allergy testing done today, and on a scale of 0-4, with 4 being the worst, he reacted at a level 4 for casein. Luckily, I had already cut all milk products out of his diet, so I guess its good to know that I'm not crazy :P He also reacted at a level 3 to brewers yeast. Anyone have info on that? I'm going to go do some searches :)

Casein is in some soy products. It's what they use to get cheese to melt, so it's in most soy cheeses.

Brewer's yeast?? Is he okay with bread yeast?

Bakers yeast is fine. It looks like (from what I've read) that means he can't have nutritional yeast or alcohol :P
