Last time I took Nathaniel to the park, he had a :hissyfit when we left - complete with pinching me. :rolleyes We reviewed what I expected in the van on the way there. When it was time to leave I told him, "Nathaniel, 5 more minutes. When I say it's time to leave, I want you to say, 'yes mommy.'" I told him it was time to leave and he pulled away as if he was going to protest. He then stopped himself, said "yes momma," took my hand and left the park. :mrgreen :mrgreen I was so proud. I told him, "it takes a lot of self control to stop having fun and leave. Great job."
