Maker's Diet -- 40 Day Health Experience

Okay, my dh and I are starting the 40 day health experience as outlined in The Maker's Diet.

Just wondering if there was anyone else out there doing it and if we could do it together???

I'd love to be able to talk to people about what you're eating and how you're doing, etc.

yes I have read the book. I have it and love itjust am bad about implementing things...lol story of my life! I will look through it today and see if I think I can do it...dh would love to too...I think...the hard part I have with any diet thing is the menu....am so bad at that.
