We have well water, so my pediatrician has prescribed fluoride drops and tablets for my kids. I want them to have strong teeth, but I've read a few things recently that have made me uncomfortable about giving them fluoride. Do you know of any websites with good research or do you have an opinion to share? Thanks! :mrgreen

I will look for you, we also give our children flouride, it is in a prescription vitamin. We have no flouride in the water here.

Natural flourides are found in cherries.

My kids are on a flouride supplement. They seem to have inherited their dad's weak teeth, and the flouride helps him. Since he's had 4 root canals and 3 crowns this YEAR already, I'm all for protecting their teeth as much as we can. :)

We dont' do fluoride. It is a toxin and I don't think it necessary.

As far as I know, Flouride is a Cockroach poison!
So we stear clear of it.
I'd be more inclined toward a good water filtration system if that is the issue.
I would also make sure that your diet included plenty of vitamins and minerals in the foods you eat that assist with good strong teeth.
Don't know any websites though. :neutral
