Gluten Free Passover

Hi Ladies,

Not sure if this is the best place to ask this, please move if necessary :smile

I'm looking for Gluten Free Passover recipes.

Any ideas, websites, not recipe books as I don't want to have to buy a new recipe book before we move :)

Well, the big stumbling block for us was the matza but last year I made flatbread and left out the yeast. it was fantastic and this year we're making all the recipes with it except the matza balls for the soup that my friend leaves out and adds to individual bowls :) We've also used rice crackers in the recipes before. Many recipes allow for potato starch in place of other things. I can try and pull out some recipes if you want in the next few days :)

This year we'll be having:

lemony leek soup (matza balls added separately)
mushroom matza (flatbread) pie
stuffed vegetables
potatoes with parsley and goat feta
broccoli with lemon sauce
almond maccaroons
pineapple upside down cake

How do you make the flat bread??
