substituting: sour cream and plain yogurt

can this be done? i know i've used plain yogurt in the place of sour cream, but can i use sour cream in the place of plain yogurt?

for what? what is the recipe?

I think it would depend on the recipe? If it is going to be for a caserole or dip then i'd say definetly yes :)

in curry? instead of yogurt. *(nak -- sorry) you know that yogurty taste in curries? will the sc do something similar?

Consistency wise it would be okay. The taste would be a bit different, but not a bad taste. If I had no yogurt & was definitely making curry, I'd use sour cream. (Are you just adding it as a topping to the already cooked curry?)
