It seems I've always had pms issues as far back as I can remember. And, it appears to be getting worse as I age. :rolleyes I don't even want to know what menopause will be like for me. :wow
The pms always starts shortly after I ovulate and by the time my period comes, I'm a basket case. I can deal w/bloating issues and such, but my mood is just horrible (very irritable, stressed, etc.) I want to go live in a cave the week prior to menses.
I have very good eating habits and am particularly vigilent to avoid any chocolate, processed foods, caffeine, etc. during that time. Actually, other than chocolate, I never consume caffeinated items b/c I'm already a hyper person. I take a multivitamin every day. My weight is normal and I'm active, but I could use some more vigorous exercise. Haven't figured out exactly how to fit in a regimen w/DD.
Does anyone have any additional advice for helping relieve the symptoms of pms? Herbs etc.?
