Pinched Nerve?

I have a pinched nerve in back below my shoulder blade. It's radiating down my arm. Any ideas about how to deal with it?

Yep I have one of those from carrying around my 2 yr old and my humongeous 3 month old. I am on my third session with a chiropractor. It feels so wonderful right after it but by the time I go through the week and my next appt I am so ready to get my adjustment.

It's better today. I'm not big on chiropractics, but I do need to start exercising.
